I personally (only my opinion) there is no great hidden message. I think verification of inside contact (and the PV vid does cause some concerns, but not enough for me to think this is a PsyOp) establishment of legitimacy, and direction of targeting for research. Still, get to it, because that would be epic if it had been thought out this hard and that long to make it all go together.
