Not that I know of but I have seen several examples of how it is used to slightly alter CP so that traditional detection software can’t find it but sickos can still get off, as a tool for mind control to further desensitize without there being any legal repercussions bc and he image is too skewed. It’s an advance form of what has been used for years to hide illegal images with steganography.

Uhh no but to think this isn’t used on civilians is naive. It is. Project monarch is alive and well. It’s named after the monarch butterfly which instinctively remembers where to migrate. SYDNEY, Australia — Julie Bishop, Australia’s foreign minister, has sought legal advice on the implications of a United Nations decision on Friday that the WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange, an Australian, has been unlawfully held by Sweden and Britain for more than five years.

 

Ms. Bishop met with Mr. Assange’s lawyers in London on Thursday, before the report was made public. “I have now read the report and I am seeking legal advice on its implications for Mr. Assange, as an Australian citizen,” she said in a brief statement issued from London. Ms. Bishop said Australia had offered Mr. Assange consular assistance, should he need it.
