Please read through this carefully and share your thoughts. I feel like this is a really important find, and I sacrificed the sleep to back it up.
No one is asking you to decode it. As long as one person figures it out and shares it, now we all know.
This is a personal message from POTUS, describing the exact purpose of Q and his justification, and now we have it to spread to everyone on the board.
When did I say it was a cipher? Or a tool?
You need to be able to think laterally about things in the MAP, instead of hopping from single concept to single concept. Stop thinking so myopically.
This is the POTUS telling us directly what the purpose of this exercise is.
He has to do things in a measured and obfuscated way, for the sake of Normie's worldview and gradual acceptance.
He knew we would pick up on things faster, and he knows how quickly conspiract theories start in a void of information.
He also likely understood the capability of bad actors running a psy op and sending us on wild goose chases, or worse feeding us false narratives that would interfere with the Great Awakening.
So, instead, he is sharing that message with us so we can understand, and act accordingly. Many anons have said it for weeks, but we need to be acting as a backing choir for POTUS during this time, and meme context for whatever surface events are going on (similar to picture).
It also serves as a testament when all is said and done, shit has hit the fan, and everyone is wondering why throughout it all POTUS was dropping Socratic hints in order to inform our conspiracy theories. Now he can point backto what he said at the time:
"I am doing this for reasons of full disclosure, transparency and in order to put any and all conspiracy theories to rest."

Right, and I think the +4 is a way to use that specific post as the marker (to time against), but letting us know there are 4 addition references (that are valid, but secondary and not used as the marker post).
