Should be same as trans stuff they are pushing, men should have rights just like women, right? When states have legal abortion, like trying to bring it back in now illegal AZ., and other states, it should be a discussuion to include that the father has to be informed and consent to the abortion, unless rape or incest. A document stating rape or incest must be signed under penalty of perjury. The father has a say otherwise. Since women demand fathers to pay if they decide to keep the child and are on the hook for 18 years, it should be confirmed who is the real faher or at any rate if notthe father. DNAA mandatory. Men have no say currently if they want the pregnancy or not, I believe this should be written in to new laws. The woman may say rape to get around the issue, but then the man they say fathered/raped the child could demand her publicaly and factually bring him to court, most women will decide not to fake rape as perjury will be on place and defamation. They wil be stating rape to get abortion as they do know if truly rape, so no new discussion is being forced. If moving forward with non-rape abortion, the man can dispute and show dating history, texts, phone logs, etc., and force the lie to be disclosed or not. In the end it will create a lot of people considering all the random sex they have curently, due to the rights of the father now in play. DNA tests should be mandatory before adding a father on any birth certificatr. DNA, this to prove the fatherhood, make it required as well if keeping the child or not. So only the two parties are liable or not. So men who find out later a kid is not in fact his, but on the hook, because once on birth certificate men cannot be removed even if not theirs. Men should not have to pay for children that are not theirs, by women who may lie over who is the father, when they choose to keep the baby and not married, fathers should have a choice to take the baby if the mother does not want the keep the baby, and if abortion is chosen it should have to have the father waive rights, meaning he also does not want the pregnancy and say yes on paper to the procedure. It takes two to make a baby and it should take two to end a pregnancy. Make it so two signatures are needed to end or keep the child and the financial responsibility will be on how they proceed. In any of these scenarios, only with two in agreement one way or another, this could cause unwanted pregnancies to come way down, as all having sex outside of marriage will now truly have consequence. Married people as well. In many instances, women currently without notice, kill mens first born children and in Gods eyes, that mans birthright child. The man currently has zero say. This has eternal consequences and some women who do decide abortion may not 3ven know if the men has th3se convictions and these babies are just gone and the men willalso have eternal consequence. So women would now have to let the real father know , get approval or not, or give child to father to rqise by CHOICE or keep herself and waive financial responsibility to unwilling father. Again, this can all be worked out as it is drafted, but knowing this is the law, many will educate kids better about consequences of pre-marital sex, teens and especially stupid adults may just curb their enthusiasm to just fuck around.
