Any Law Anons around.

From what I see, this guy was eventually found Not Guilty…but originally was found Guilty.

Was this because of an appeal?

And did the dude have to still pay the state, because I see that he paid $693 for a disorderly conduct misdemeanor charge.

So, did he get his money back?

Or is the state allowed to just keep that money as basically an extortion?

Hard saying what happened.

It doesn't sound like any accident occurred, just that camera guy was pissed about something in traffic and approached the vehicle wondering WTF.

Then Jeep rolls down window, brandishes firearm, gives order, and camera guy was smart enough to start backing away.
