why ideology?
imo, it's not religions per se but the religious impulse. True believerism, which is rampant now. Stems from denied fears that create chaos. Rigid dogmas and religious-like movements keep the fear suppressed but don't eliminate it. Trick is to deal with own fears (not projecting on others) while not responding to others' projections. What a time to be alive.

Organized groups are easily infiltrated. As soon as they're successful, someone will try to use it for their own goals. The most innovative leaders i knew were always starting new projects.
