Making music is calling. Leaving the keyboard on keeps a dialog going for a longer period, setting a new frequency. Daily practice yields fruit.
Everyone has unique interests and skills, and as parents it's sometimes possible/likely to get kid's to follow y/our interests. Perhaps moar often we have past purists we wish to see them fulfill for us so we can vicariously find joy. Pursuit of happiness yields many fruits. Asking what type of fruit they prefer maybe a shorter path to obtain said happiness.
