The oath has no teeth due to the outright corruption of the Republic.
Once this changes, oaths will have true meaning.
When an unborn baby is killed via accident or murder, the charge is murder.
When an unborn baby is killed in the womb via the mother’s choice it is called abortion.
Society cannot have it both ways.
Not when you could be shot, hung, electrocuted or gassed for breaking it- which is the proper outcome.
