I call the SCIF the haunted house. That’s where they try to scare members into submission.
They never give specific examples that are relevant to the legislation, only hypotheticals and cases that have nothing to do with domestic surveillance.
Also, after an hour without a smart phone or contact with senior staff, Congressmen start believing almost everything they’re told.
