Funnym the reason I mentioned Post 179 is because it refers to this too:

A day or so ago I had a dream that the Sky was all Yellow in NY and that everyone was taking shelter from the fallout, because the go orders were given and the DS used every resource at it''s disposal for a scorched earth policy. There is more to it, but that may be the most relevant part. When the go orders are given they should ground all flights and shoot down any rogue actors.
