Anon remembers the story, but I wasn't convinced. It felt like it was a cover story to dismiss a series of real images of high end cannibalism leaking out online.
Why do I think it was a cover story? Because there isn't a clip of this movie, and there Damn Sure wasn't any footage of images of the work in progress, and there isn't a special effects house who owned up to it and bragged about how well done they made it.
