I'm convinced there are actual agencies in the US gov't dedicated to taking every paragraph of the constitution and devising ways to rework it and use it against us. Like cooks putting the bun inside the hamburger and smearing the mess with ketchup. They serve it on a plate and say, 'Here, eat this or else.' Hoping we crack and come after them so they can use it to install martial law.
