30 years ago in anon's hometown, some homeless drunk chick snuck onto a paddle wheel dinner cruise boat, stripped naked, untied the boat from it's dock and rode it over a hydro-electric dam where it was hung up for almost a year while the insurance companies and city council fought over it. Untying vessels is very old-school homeless behavior.
