I first assumed that other anon was telling us he misspelled 'counsel" as "council", that he used that wrong one.
But after finding the original deleted tweet I see that it was misspelled "councel". That is not a valid spelling. Auto complete would not have made that mistake; and spell-check would have underlined it. It can't be unintentional.
