Two: Rule of thumb - the longer the notes, the higher the standard for something being notable. I sometimes collect (but don't immediately include in notes) stuff that MAY be notable, but is less relevant than tippy top events. If I see notes are bulky, I discard borderline stuff. Once it's posted, don't drop but may move to more generic category (see #1).
