Good point. You can't own souls as much as you can't own people, I suppose. Perhaps it's more of a higher level telepathic communication, whereby the higher level of the other soul concurs/consents to the suggestion?

Flynn is correct. The people. mostly complied. The soldiers came door to door and told people they had an hour to pack and go to train station.

Had no one complied, the end result would no doubt have been different.

To my knowledge from my families history who were also taken by train, they were mainly labour camps. People were used for factory work and other such labour due to obvious shortages of workers during a war. Likely war is created to exploit others resources, that included labour. Yes, people did die of hunger and labour, not an unexpected result in war.

Was it the 6 gorrillion as media hyped? No. Was it wrong and torturous, absolutely.

On the other hand, those taken by the Germans were taken, in my families case, two weeks before the Russians came through, they also took civilian prisoners to labour camps in Siberia and the like. There were likely as many if not more deaths to those in Russian hands. But of course, we don't discuss those things in polite circles.
