Basically, the jury believes the person is guilty, but they don't agree they SHOULD be guilty so they acquit. The jury has the power to nullify the law in that instance.

 

I've seen people arrested for handing out pamphlets about it outside a courthouse. They don't really like it these days. kek

If a jury acquits them, yes. Same with any other race. The jury decides, not the court. Contrary to what government really wants you to believe, government and their law are not above We the People. We the People, a jury, can nullify the law in trial.
