Planefag will be monitoring Caribbean after Haiti tweet last bread alleging possible martial law w/ US Marines arriving from Jamaica. So far I'm seeing nothing in the Caribbean. Note: (1) You can only see what they let you see. (2) There are not many ADSB radar spotters located in the poorer countries so it's normal to lose radar tracking over the Carib.

  2. USN UAV spotted over Ukraine a couple hours ago.

Roger on 2-AVCO. It did take off from Zurich. Good spot, congrats!

 

Once you ID a plane you want to track, try entering the reg. no. into flightaware. If they have it, you can keep that tracking window open in a tab while monitoring other a/c. I've been naming screencaps with tail no. then location then timestamp in UTC. Enables search of screencaps.

 

No idea really what the German AF is doing in Equador. Have been seeing strange AF flights from various countries in many unexpected places. Maybe with enough sightings we can piece together what's going on.
