Had a similar experience on Fathers Day with a Step-Nephew I rarely see. He's about 39 and I'm not and he was SHOCKED to find out I was a HUGE Trump supporter, life long conservative. I was shocked he was too. Later I asked him if he knew about Q. Again he was shocked that I do. He actually belongs to a Group called the Proud Boys out of NYC. A mix of young, strong, upwardly mobile gay and straight Trump supporting men who really have each others backs. They have a mass texting group and if any of them get into something verbal or physical over politics, as many as possible and near by show up to protect each other against the left fascists starting the trouble. The others always back off. They even chipped in to help someone arrested basically in violation of 2A Rights and when he was thrown into Gen Pop and outed as a Trump supporter, they made enough phone calls to influential people to get him moved into the protected population.
We have WAY more support than people might think.
