Understand what you are trying to establish here, but do understand, the left would use the kind of procedure you suggest to falsely accuse and unseat conservative judges.
Any judge (at any level) who is overruled by a higher court on strict constitutionality grounds should definitely be subject to investigation and removal from the bench.
The point is, if judges who rule in conflict with the constitution are subject to review and possible removal from the bench, if even 5% of the bad decisions cause a removal from the bench, then the others will get the message and start ruling better, as these chicken-shits like their power and will fear losing it. These cowards will fold when their own necks might be on the chopping block.
As Trump, himself, has already stated, the point of the 2024 election strategy is to overwhelm the vote past the point (like in 2016) where the other side cannot manufacture enough votes to overcome the true margin of victory.
Hillary was pissed because she lost despite their planned level of cheating. After 2016, they knew they had to create the COVID mess to bypass normal election procedures even more to force the vote for Brandon to win. They almost screwed that up, and in several places had to suspend counting so they could manufacture even more fake votes for Brandon.
Without COVID, they want the illegals to vote and hopefully make up the difference. Hopefully there won't be as much mail-in vote this time around and there will be tighter signature verification in some places.
Anyway, the point is, we have to overwhelm the vote count past their ability to cheat without reasonable detection.
I hope and pray the Q team has the electronic cheating procedures identified by now and has counter-measures in place to nullify it.
