If I had to choose between dealing with Cops or Lawless Gangs, I'd choose Cops every time. As long as you show respect to a Cop you'll be fine 99% of the time; with Gangs you're fucked 99% of the time. When you hear someone shitting on a Cop and ask them to tell you the story, they complain about being punched in the face after spitting on or attacking the Cop first. Ridiculous.
