You have to put in a motion to have the case tried in a state that is not controlled by Democrats and Liberals due to their biases. You have a right to be tried by your "peers" and you do not consider them your peers but your "political adversaries".
This right can be found in the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution where it states, “the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury.”
