The UCC redefined property ownership in all 50 states in 1994 and removed ownership of property from individuals. He said that local UCC laws must be re-established and the exceptions to private property ownership must be stricken down.

He described his meetings with Tennessee lawmakers and the banking lobby and how the lobby bared its fangs and threatened to stop doing business with the state.

Red States Fight Growing Effort to Give ‘Basic Income’ Cash to Residents

Basic income programs are intended provide direct, regular cash payments to low-income residents to help alleviate poverty. However, critics assert that basic income is a tool to purchase voters. Republicans argue handing out no-strings-attached cash disincentivizes work. South Dakota is among at least six states where GOP officials have looked to ban basic income programs. Experimental programs are dangerous as people can become addicted to getting money from the government. Long-term funding of the programs and the cost to taxpayers is problematic.

Biden’s Education Department Declares War on Grand Canyon University, a Christian School

Miguel Cardona, secretary of the Department of Education (DE) in the Biden administration and Congresswoman Rosa DeLauro, a far-left Democrat, worked together to directly target Grand Canyon University (GCU) for extinction. GCU is a not-for-profit institution that briefly reverted to for-profit status in order to save it from bankruptcy. The article contends that Cardona intentionally mis-classified GCU as a for-profit institution in order to attack the university. The school estimated a range of costs for students to earn a doctoral degree at $40,000 to 50,000, and when a few students costs exceeded that range, the Department of Education fined GCU nearly $40 million for its alleged deliberate opacity concerning final cost for a doctorate. GCU’s appeal of Cardona’s agency’s fine is pending.

The article says that GCU was targeted by leftists and their woke agenda because it is the country’s largest private Christian university.
