Sadly, the democrats are winning this. Should Trump somehow gets elected, and goes after the democrats legitimately, they will all cry foul, and make the claim that it's retaliation, and therefore illegitimate. They will of course get the full backing of the MSM, Hollywood, every university professor, and teacher.
That's true, but my point that it will be extremely difficult for Trump to legitimately prosecute them is still accurate.
