They’re seeding people with a given disease component, further synthetic biology linking up these people with Tik Tok so they are essentially “surrogates” for ChinaCCP PLA

Then ChinaCCP PLA AI BCPS is targeting specific people by having these “surrogates” interact with them in a given multi-part sequence. Could be one person (easier for biodefenses and synbio defenses to detect, but now is multi-part).

example of an interaction could be as simple as someone walking by someone else and intentionally coughing on them or someone dumping garbage laden with contaminants (shed from the surrogates biology and synthetic biology) on the land owner’s site to pickup.
