All of the ancient cultures pointed to Saturn as the sun god. Is it possible that the sun we know now isn't our original sun? Yes.
It turns out that there's a few pieces of history that managed to escape the purge during the sweep of Christianity. One of those came in the form of the Mayan story of creation that was recorded in the Popal Vuh.
Now this, in no uncertain terms, describes that Saturn was once the Earth's sun and hung in the sky like a mirror.
Even more interesting is that there is mention of the "Sibylline Star Wars". The 2 that battle in the skies do so with 'long fire flames' (lightsabers). Since we're talking about Saturn. One of its moons, Mimas, is also called the 'Death Star', and has a crater that matches.
Darth Vader. Darth = Dark and Vader = Father. Dark Father. The father, the sun of Earth was once Saturn. Saturn was Father time, and the head god. It became dark (going to the dark side) and the death star is part of the empire. The death star moon belongs to Saturn.
Now I've looked into the 'inspiration' of George Lucas and Star Wars, and have found several sources, but none has mentioned Mayan Creation, though it has been pointed to Knights Templar (as the persecuted Jedi).
This can also be representative of the fallen angel, Lucifer AND Osiris' descent into the underworld as well as the piece of Osiris (the generative force) missing.
The Saturn Polar Configuration is a 3 planet alignment that appears as a Triangle with an eye in the middle (All Seeing Eye). In a multitude of movies and games.
There's another symbol for the configuration. An 8-pointed star with a Pilar and a crescent. Guess what shape it makes? A keyhole. This was also a theme in "Alice in Wonderland" and Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey".
It's curious that everything points to the golden age being when our sun was Saturn. What happened to Saturn's light?
