This Pink Floyd clip from The Wall, where the lyrics to anon seemed to be saying "power" previously, the caption reads "hammer, hammer, hammer" and, focusing, it almost sounds like a Boston accent, "hammah, hammah, hammah" (palindromic as well).
Also the hammer in profile, and the guy with the megaphone, look similar; they both look like a fascis in profile, which initially looked like an axe and now anon knows is a speaker cone; the rods are batteries, it's a frequency weapon.

One communications provider informed the National Security Agency that it would stop complying on Monday with orders under Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, which enables U.S. intelligence agencies to gather without a warrant the digital communications of foreigners overseas — including when they text or email people inside the United States.
