President Trump is DARING them to strip (or deeply limit) the Immunity for Presidents.
If the SCOTUS rules blanket immunity, then all the cases against him go away instantly.
If they rule against it, or limit the scope and specify which acts can be protected, they give the green light to go after all of the DS installed fake Presidents.
Win for Trump either way.
