It seems these corrupt judges just make the law up as they go, whatever suits them. There should not be one judge in any decisions from now on. There should always be nine judges, each case would go 10 times faster as these derivations from the law cost defendants exuberant costs to appeal them plus they foster more paper shuffling for the courts which equals more pay. This system needs better checks and balances, too many rogue judges, prosecutors, and lawyers getting very rich with these games.
