Correct and we should no longer allow the courts to police themselves as the are al art o th money making system at our expense. We need a civilian oversight of the courts. It is the only way. I bet if you asked the average citizen they would agree that this is a sham, the courts have too much unchecked power, and there is no penalty when they get things wrong. It should cost them half a years salary every time they get it wong, that would make these shills quit right away. Give them a taste of their own medicine.
