Disagree with them when they're in MuhJoo mode and they'll call you Jewish or a Jewish slur of some kind regardless if you are or not, claiming that being Jewish is a choice and then making that choice for you without any consent. If they're in their "hate specific Anons" mode, then if you reply disagreeing with them, they accuse you of IP hopping and being the Anon they're hating.
