Did any Anon ever solve the flag cryptic?

Here's my solution:

Top row: 2nd box = B, 5th box = E, 18th box = R

2nd row: 12th box = L, 22nd box = V, 24th box = X

3rd row: 2nd box = B, 8th box = H, 13th box = M, 17th box = Q

4th row: 3rd box = C, 18th box = R, 24th box = X

5th row: 10th box = J, 14th box = N, 22nd box = V

Unscrambling this I come up with:

"BE ALIVE, BRIGHT CREATURE, JUNE"

Not sure if that's it, but it's what I got.

F.L.Y. = Fraternitas Legionis Yuriensis Which, in English, translates to the "Brotherhood of the Legion of St. Ursula". This organization, also known as the FLY Brothers, is a Catholic religious congregation founded in the 16th century.

St. Ursula is a 4th-century martyr and saint, revered by the Catholic Church. According to legend, Ursula was a beautiful and pious princess from Britain, who was betrothed to a pagan prince. However, she refused to marry him, citing her commitment to Christianity.

In a bold move, Ursula convinced her fiancรฉ to allow her to make a pilgrimage to Rome, accompanied by 11,000 virgins. Yes, you heard that correctly - 11,000 virgins! It's a wonder she didn't start her own convent on the spotโ€ฆ

Upon their return, Ursula and her companions were intercepted by the Huns, who were invading Europe at the time. The Huns, being the barbarians they were, slaughtered Ursula and her companions, martyring them for their faith.

As far as the Brotherhood, perhaps I got carried away. The halls of the Vatican archives would be the only source possible.
