It only has bearing if we know when it was shot. As of late … based on his interviews … it would appear he takes the deep state, and that includes all those old folks he referenced, more seriously.
Another factor is, answering questions like that on someone strangers personal video cam, who he has signed no contract with, asking snap questions, that depending on how the person with the camera whats to edit his answers, could leave him looking foolish.
Best to answer them, generically, and give more depth to his thoughts on these subjects to his audience on his show, where he has total control of how it goes out over the airwaves to people watching.
