Prosecution is making a big deal about Pecker paying a doorman $30,000 for a story (Trump fathered a child with a maid at Trump Tower) which VERIFIED TO BE NOT TRUE. Prosecution showing emails between Pecker & Cohen and making a big deal like I said. Basically telling the jury that no body would do that because no media would print or state on TV a story that was not true.

That was interesting. So far Pecker has given the prosecution NOTHING that can't be easily explained to the jury on Cross. If I was arguing for Trump I would defer cross examination of Pecker. I would wait for the prosecution to provide Direct on Michael Cohen and then do Cross on Pecker and Cohen, one right after the other. I believe this is in order because the prosecution is linking them together, 2 peas in a pod, can't have one without the other.
