Israel Prepares Rafah Evacuation With Help From US, Egypt - New Tent City Erected
Arab states, including the UAE and Egypt, are involved in plans to push Rafah’s civilian population into tent compounds near Khan Yunis
The Israeli army is closing in on completing its plans for an assault on the Gaza Strip’s southern city of Rafah, the Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported on 23 April.
WSJ cites Egyptian officials as saying that Israel’s plan to evacuate civilians from the city will take two to three weeks and will be carried out in cooperation with Washington, Cairo, and other Arab states, including the UAE.
The officials say Israel is planning on gradual deployments of troops to Rafah. The troops will concentrate on specific areas where Tel Aviv believes Hamas leaders are holed up.
The entire operation – including the evacuations – is expected to take at least six weeks, according to WSJ.
The attack on Rafah will have a “very tight operational plan because it’s very complex there,” an Israeli security official told the outlet. “There’s a humanitarian response that’s happening at the same time.”
Israel’s evacuation plan involves moving Rafah’s civilian population upwards towards the southern city of Khan Yunis, as well as other areas of the strip, the report states, adding that shelters with tents, food supplies, and medical facilities will be set up.
Egypt has been briefed on the details of the plan. Al-Araby Al-Jadeed reported last week, citing Egyptian sources, that Egyptian forces and agencies are “at full readiness” in northern Sinai and along the Egyptian border with Gaza. The increased readiness came after “contacts from the Israeli side” relating to preparations for the operation in the southern city. The Al-Araby Al-Jadeed report adds that the Egyptian Red Crescent has been readying camps in Khan Yunis over the past few months in preparation for the displacement of Palestinians from Rafah.
Satellite images obtained by AP this week reportedly show a new tent compound near Khan Yunis.
In February, it was reported that Egypt built a security zone in the Sinai near the border with Rafah. Many speculated at the time that the security zone would aid Israeli plans to push Rafah’s population into the Sinai desert. Egypt's State Information Service said on 17 February that the zone is a logistics hub on the Egyptian side of the Rafah border, which will be used to deliver aid into Gaza.
Israeli army radio reported on Monday that Tel Aviv is now expanding a designated “humanitarian zone” that will “accommodate around one million people.” It said field hospitals have also been set up in the area.
Army radio added that the zone will extend from Al-Mawasi on Gaza’s southern coast towards Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip.
Israel believes Rafah is Hamas’ final stronghold and is dead set on attacking the city. Washington has repeatedly said it would not accept an operation there without a plan to properly and safely evacuate civilians and move them out of harm's way.
The UN and several countries have warned that attacking Rafah would have catastrophic consequences and that there is no safe way to evacuate the desperately overcrowded city.

Georgia’s Gabe Sterling Goes Silent and Is “In Hiding” Since Georgia State Election Board Finds Violations in Second 2020 Election Investigation
The people were right. The 2020 Election results in Georgia never should have been certified. The 2020 election in Georgia was stolen. It’s a fact.
Georgia’s Gabe Sterling who was involved in the certification of the stolen 2020 Election claimed that there were no issues with the Georgia election results. This was false and is false. Even Governor Kemp agreed that there were issues with the 2020 Election.
Georgia citizen Joe Rossi looked into the 2020 Election and the recounts after the election and he found numerous issues with the election results in Fulton County.
After the 2020 Election, a Risk Limiting Audit (RLA) was carried out by Georgia’s Secretary of State’s (SOS’s) Office that included numerous errors.
Thanks to the efforts of Georgian Joseph Rossi, thirty-six errors were found in the Fulton County data in the RLA report posted on Georgia’s Secretary of State’s website.
Rossi went after those in authority requesting that they review his data. He was turned down and ignored numerous times. But eventually after a series of events, Rossi was able to get his work showing numerous errors in front of members of Governor Kemp’s office.
As a result of Rossi’s work and Kemp’s team’s investigation, the Georgia State Elections Board (SEB) initiated an investigation into the Fulton County data from the RLA report. This investigation was labeled SEB2021-181. Eventually the SEB identified violations and errors in the recounts of the 2020 Election in Fulton County.
Another complaint related to Fulton County was filed that specifically called out 3,125 duplicate ballot counts and 17,852 votes counted without corresponding ballot images. These ballots should never have been included in the election. This complaint resulted in the creation of investigation SEB2023-25. This investigation is complete and the results of this investigation will be presented to the SEB on May 7, 2023 per a letter recently received by Joe Rossi. This complaint has been categorized by the Board as “violations found.”
Despite numerous issues that should have prevented the 2020 Election from being certified, the election was certified and then the SOS’s office lied about the accuracy of the recounts in Georgia.
[Remember that the 2020 results were certified for Biden three days after the election after he overcame President Trump’s 200,000 vote lead on election night to steal the election by less than 12,000 votes in Georgia. – See The Steal – Volume II: The Impossible Occurs for more information.
Note also that that the investigations noted above were independent of two court cases that occurred in Georgia after the 2020 Election. At least three individuals involved in a recount that occurred in the state after the election identified 148,000 ballots that appeared to have been created by a machine and to be fraudulent. Fulton county and others in the state are still preventing access to these ballots even though the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that the plaintiffs have the right to audit these ballots.
In addition, a separate audit of voting machines was initiated after the 2020 Election which was finally released years later which showed that the systems used in Georgia had security issues and bad actors could hack into them and change the results of an election.
And, we recently found out that there was no signature validation for tens of thousands of votes counted in Fulton County. A Fulton County Commissioner voted not to certify the election based on this issue.]

Facebook Has Interfered In U.S. Elections 39 Times Since 2008 – Report.
A study by the Media Research Center (MRC) revealed that Facebook has allegedly interfered in U.S. elections at least 39 times since 2008, while Google has reportedly done so 41 times over the past 16 years. Despite CEO Mark Zuckerberg’s professed commitment to free speech, Facebook’s actions seemingly belie this stance.
“Like Google, Facebook has an extensive history of interfering in U.S. elections. But it’s not completely fair to compare the two companies. I believe some part of Mark Zuckerberg believes in free speech. Google management clearly does not,” Brent Bozell, founder and president of the MRC, said in a recent interview. He continued: “But regardless of what Mr. Zuckerberg believes, his company’s policies and practices have resulted in a great deal of censorship that always seems to target the same side of the political spectrum, and it needs to stop.”
Researchers Dan Schneider and Gabriela Pariseau conducted the MRC’s study, demonstrating what they consider a complex interplay between Zuckerberg’s public support of free speech and the alleged censorship practices within Facebook. Examples offered include censorship of 2024 presidential candidates, such as Robert F. Kennedy Jr., and a reported shutdown of political advertising a week before the 2020 election. The researchers also cite instances wherein conservative perspectives were alleged to be blacklisted or suppressed in the platform’s Trending News section.
Schneider and Pariseau believe that Zuckerberg’s repeated public endorsements of free speech contrast with Facebook’s subsequent actions, particularly after so-called ‘civil rights’ audits, which they suggest led to more stringent censorship practices.
The National Pulse has previously reported on the Zuckerberg-funded Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) and its activities to undermine U.S. elections by using private grants awarded to state election officials. In April of this year, Wisconsin voters barred groups like CTCL from funding election workers.

El Paso Judge Dismisses ‘Riot’ Charges Against 140 Illegal Aliens, Releases Them From State Custody
El Paso County Judge Ruben Morales on Monday dismissed riot charges against 140 illegal aliens who participated in a ‘border riot’ on April 12 and released them from state custody.
The illegals cut through the concertina wire and rushed over the border illegally on April 12.
Judge Morales said he doesn’t believe probable cause exists to keep the illegals in custody for participating in a riot.
The El Paso District Attorney can still indict the illegals on riot charges.
The alien migrants were separately hit with federal charges for illegally entering the US.

A county court judge dismissed 140 cases against migrants charged in an April 12 “riot” at the U.S.-Mexico border after determining there was no probable cause for their arrests.
County Court at Law 7 Judge Ruben Morales dismissed the 140 cases during a hearing Monday, April 22, after ruling Texas Department of Public Safety state troopers failed to provide probable cause for the mass arrest.
“After reviewing the affidavit, I don’t believe that (probable cause) exists,” Morales said during the hearing. “I don’t believe there is probable cause for these individuals to continue to be detained for the offense of riot participation.”
The migrants will now be released from state custody. However, all 140 migrants are still facing federal charges of illegal entry into the U.S. and will be turned over to federal custody.
This is the second time an El Paso judge has taken the side of illegal aliens.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that hundreds of illegal aliens from Africa, Central America, Colombia, and Venezuela made a rush for the border in El Paso, Texas after they were pushed south of the concertina wire in the middle of the night by the National Guard.
The illegals breached the concertina wire, overwhelmed National Guard members, and made a rush for the border.
According to the New York Post, the National Guard personnel reported the seizure of knives and makeshift weapons from individuals involved in the disturbance. Additionally, there was an instance where an illegal alien attempted to seize a firearm from a soldier.
Several soldiers stationed near Gate 36 on that day required medical attention for minor injuries and were taken to a local hospital for treatment.
On Easter Sunday, El Paso Magistrate Judge Humberto Acosta ordered the release of a large group of illegal immigrants accused of participating in a violent encounter with National Guard troops along the Rio Grande.

UK Announces Largest-Ever Ukraine Aid Package, Warns Putin ‘Won’t Stop at Polish Border’
Apparently taking the example of Washington, London committed Tuesday to deliver more military hardware and another £500 million in aid to Kyiv as UK Prime Minister Rishi Sunak warned that Vladimir Putin will seek to expand further into Europe if Ukraine loses to Russia.
Britain will supply Ukraine with 60 boats, 400 vehicles, over 1,600 missiles, and nearly four million rounds of ammunition as well as £500 million in additional military funding, in the largest single aid package from the UK since the Russian invasion of 2022 and taking the country’s total contributions to £3 billion during this financial year, The Guardian reports.
Speaking on Tuesday before leaving on a trip to meet with the leaders of Germany, Poland and NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg, Prime Minister Rishi Sunak said: “Defending Ukraine against Russia’s brutal ambitions is vital for our security and for all of Europe. If Putin is allowed to succeed in this war of aggression, he will not stop at the Polish border,” Sunak said ahead of the trip.
“Ukraine’s armed forces continue to fight bravely, but they need our support – and they need it now. [This] package will help ensure Ukraine has what they need to take the fight to Russia.

US Bases in Iraq and Syria Come Under Rocket and Drone Attack
The attacks were the first since February
US troops in Iraq and Syria came under two separate rocket and drone attacks in less than 24 hours, Reuters reported Monday, citing US and Iraqi officials.
The officials said the attacks were the first since a nearly three-month pause started in February. The Iraqi government and Iran had pressured Iraqi Shia militias to stop targeting US bases after three US Army Reserve soldiers were killed at Tower 22 in Jordan.
A drone attack targeted the Ain al-Asad air base in western Iraq, and five rockets were fired at a base in Rumalyn, a remote area of northeast Syria. No casualties were reported in either attack.
A Pentagon official later told Stars and Stripes that a fighter jet from the US-led coalition in Iraq and Syria launched an airstrike against a rocket launcher but did not specify where.
The attacks came after an explosion hit a base south of Baghdad that killed one member of the Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF), an umbrella group of Iraqi militias that’s part of Iraq’s security forces. The cause of the blast is unknown and is being investigated.
Reuters initially reported that after the rocket attacks, a Telegram channel affiliated with Kataib Hezbollah, one of Iraq’s most powerful Shia militias, announced that attacks on US forces resumed because there was no progress toward a US withdrawal. However, Kataib Hezbollah denied issuing the statement, calling it “fabricated news.”
Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed Shia al-Sudani visited Washington last week but left with no clear timeline for a US withdrawal, and both the US and Iraq left open to the possibility of a continued US presence in Iraq even if the international anti-ISIS coalition ends its mission.
Earlier this year, al-Sudani was calling for an end to the US presence as the US was bombing PMF fighters in response to attacks on US bases in Iraq and Syria. Starting in October 2023, US bases were targeted hundreds of times until the end of January due to US support for the Israeli slaughter of Palestinians in Gaza.

Japan Declares Emergency Over ‘Explosion of mRNA Cancers’
Japan has declared a national emergency over the explosion of cancer cases across the country caused by the mRNA vaccines. According to an official Japanese study, there has been “statistically significant” increases in aggressive forms of turbo cancers in the country in the period 2020-2022 since the introduction of mRNA vaccines. These turbo cancers include ovarian cancer, leukemia, prostate cancer, pancreatic cancer and breast cancer. Qatari official: Jews are murderers of prophets; October 7th is only a ‘prelude’
Ovations sound as Essa Al-Nassr, member of the Gulf state’s legislative body and a Brigadier General at the Emiri Guard, makes bigoted accusations against Jews and promises end of Israel by Muslims.
Essa Al-Nassr, a member of the Qatari legislative Shura council, spoke on Monday at an Arab League session, expressing antisemitic remarks and inciting to violence and terrorism.
In his remarks, he said: “there will be no peace nor negotiations with the Zionist entity for one reason: because their mentality does not recognize negotiations, but rather only… breaking promises and lying… They only recognize one thing, which is killings; since they are killers of prophets.”
The accusation of Jews as ‘killers of prophets’ is a well-known antisemitic trope made in several Islamic texts, which is understood by many, including Al-Nassr himself, as a charge against the entire Jewish people valid for eternity.
This allegation is reminiscent and perhaps reflective of the charge of deicide by which Jews were accused in classical Christian texts.
In addition to the inherent antisemitic rhetoric featured in such allegations, the projection of real or unreal wrongdoings by Jews of ancient times onto the modern State of Israel is viewed as another type of antisemitism practiced nowadays in many religious and nationalistic circles.
Al-Nassr was not satisfied with these comments alone, as he went on in his speech to commend the “Flood of Al-Aqsa operation” (Hamas’s name for the October 7th massacre), claiming that this was only a “prelude to the annihilation of the corruption of the ‘second Zionist entity’ upon earth.”
He then referred to a presumably Godly promise for the ingathering of Jews in the land of Palestine as preparation for the ‘battle of the next generation,’ which according to Al-Nassr, would bring an end to the Jewish state.
This excerpt refers to yet another religious-nationalistic view salient in Islamist circles which regards the ingathering of Jews in the Holy Land as part of a Godly plan to an epic battle of Muslims against Jews in which Jews as a whole would suffer a deadly blow.
According to the Shura council’s website, Al-Nassr is a Brigadier General at the Guard for Intelligence and Security of the Emiri Guard, and serves as a member of the Financial and Economic Affairs Committee, and the Cultural and Media Affairs Committee.
Qatar's role in war against Jews
The Qatari Shura council of which Al-Nassr is a member, is comprised of 45 members, 15 of which are directly appointed by the Emir. Members of the council hold very limited powers, which allow them, inter alia, to oversee the country’s budget and question the Prime Minister about his policies, provided that two thirds of the council agree.
In 2021, the Qatari regime passed a controversial election law which effectively denied the right of an entire clan, the Aal Murrah clan, to running in the elections, sparking a short-lived and very rare wave of protest from members of the clan, which in turn led to the arrest of seven clan activists and oppression of the movement.
The Qatari regime made many headlines in the past six months due to their patronage and hosting of Hamas, a designated terror organization in many countries which led the October 7th massacre, featuring the murder, kidnapping and sexual assault of over 1500 Israelis and foreign citizens.
The small Gulf country has also endeavored in the last months to act as a mediator between Israel and the terror organization in an attempt to broker deals in which Israeli citizens aged 1-86 would be released from captivity in exchange for Palestinians convicted in various terrorist actions, from murder to rioting to incitement.
This is not the first time in which Qatar is found as a promoter of antisemitism, as a March 2023 report by the Zachor institute showed how its mouthpiece and state-owned channel Al-Jazeera has reportedly propagated conspiracy theories, Holocaust denial and antisemitic tropes on its various outlets, mainly the Arabic-speaking ones.

US Rep. Michael McCaul (R-TX), who sponsored the 21st Century Peace through Strength Act that passed the US House of Representatives, saw contributions to his campaign from the American Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) increase an incredible 1,413% during the 2024 election cycle when compared to the 2022 cycle.
The 21st Century Peace through Strength Act includes the REPO Act, which enables Biden to seize Russian assets frozen in US banks and send them to Ukraine, a provision that will essentially ban TikTok from the US, sanctions against Palestinian resistance groups.
According to a statement released by McCaul when the bill was introduced, it will be “the most comprehensive sanctions against Iran [that] Congress has passed in years.” The legislation is expected to clear the Senate and be signed into law by US President Joe Biden this week.
While it is unclear if, how, or why AIPAC would push for the theft of Russian assets, the other major provisions of the bill are directly related to issues AIPAC and other pro-Israeli lobbying groups advocate for.

Total military spending by nations reached a record high of $2.443 trillion in 2023, according to a new report released Monday by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute, or SIPRI.
Across the globe, military expenditures increased by 6.8% in real terms over 2022, the steepest rise since 2009, according to the Swedish think tank which has tracked the military spending by countries based on open sources since the 1960s. Every region saw an increase, but Europe, Asia and Oceania, and the Middle East saw the greatest growth..
“The unprecedented rise in military spending is a direct response to the global deterioration in peace and security,” according to Nan Tian, the report’s senior author. “States are prioritizing military strength but they risk an action-reaction spiral in the increasingly volatile geopolitical and security landscape,” he added.
As in the recent past, the United States topped the list of military spenders at $916 billion. It was followed by China with an estimated $296 billion, Russia at an estimated $109 billion, and India at $83.6 billion.
A perennial major arms buyer, Saudi Arabia, at an estimated $75.8 billion, came in fifth, with the United Kingdom ($74.9 billion), Germany ($66.8 billion), Ukraine ($64.8 billion, not including an additional $35 billion in military aid from the U.S. and its NATO partners), and France ($61.3 billion), close behind.
As a percentage of global gross domestic product, or GDP, military spending rose by 2.3% in 2023, and world military spending per person was the highest since 1990, as the Cold War was coming to an end, at $306.
The total of nearly $2.5 trillion was roughly double the amount that the world committed to dealing with climate change which many governments in the Global South, in particular, consider the greatest threat to their security. Global climate-related financing reached a record high in 2021-2022, surpassing $1 trillion for the first time to nearly $1.3 trillion, according to a report issued by the Climate Policy Initiative late last year. The report, however, noted that increases fall far short of what will be needed to avoid the worst impacts of climate change.
Military spending by NATO’s 31 member states, according to the new SIPRI report, accounted for a total of $1.31 trillion dollars, or 55% of global military expenditures. The United States made up more than two-thirds (68%) of NATO’s total military budget, while European NATO members accounted for an additional 28%, the highest percentage in the past decade. Turkey and Canada made up the remaining 4%
A decade after NATO members committed themselves to spending at least 2% of their GDP on their militaries, 11 had met or surpassed that target in 2023, according to the report.
“For European NATO states, the past two years of war in Ukraine have fundamentally changed their security outlook,” according to one of the researchers, Lorenzo Scarazzato. “This shift in threat perception is reflected in growing shares of GDRP being directed toward military spending, with the NATO target of two percent increasingly being seen as a baseline rather than a threshold to reach.”

NATO Sends More ‘Military Advisers’ Amid Heavy Losses On Ukrainian Frontlines
Do not forget that ‘there are no NATO troops on Ukrainian battlefields’. While thousands of ‘volunteers’, ‘humanitarian workers’, ‘military advisers’ etc, are dying on Ukrainian frontlines, NATO member states are trying to hide the losses. While the Alliance ‘does not intend to engage in the direct war against Russia,’ some of its members are sending more and more ‘military advisers’ to Kiev.
NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg declared that, following the United States, several NATO members decided to increase the number of military advisers in Ukraine, while ‘the Alliance has no plans to deploy its troops in the war-torn country’. According to Stoltenberg, the advisers will coordinate the actions of the Ukrainian army with advises, but they will not participate in the fighting.
‘There are no plans for a NATO presence in a combat role, but of course some NATO allies there have men and women in uniform in embassies who give advice and so on,’ — the Secretary General said, but did not go into details.
The day before, Washington declared that it had decided to significantly expand the number of military advisers in Ukraine amid Ukrainian defeats. About 60 more ‘advisers’ will reportedly travel to the Ukrainian capital. They will not only ‘give advice to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine’, but also track US weapons supplied to Kiev. The Pentagon also assured the public that military advisers would not participate in the fighting.
Thus, in the near future, a large number of fresh NATO troops will go to Kiev. The foreign officers do not only give advice, they coordinate the operations of the Ukrainian military, provide the necessary military reconnaissance, operate the foreign military systems deployed with the Armed Forces of Ukraine. A lot of NATO servicemen are taking part in the battles. The reason of the deployment of additional NATO forces are the high losses on the frontlines which include the citizens of the US, as well as other NATO member states.
