Nah. It's not 100% down. But, it is giving error codes for those who are setting up new Livestreams. (see image, yellow highlighted notice - it is from Rumble (not my opinion)).
Note, look back at the Rumble Down-Detector - the spike in livestream down status begins around 1:30PM EST. This was about 2 hours after three news outlets began running the Nunes Story (see Politico post here - https://www.politico.com/news/2024/04/24/devin-nunes-trump-media-stock-congress-00154054 )
