Hello Anons.
I need some help. Today the sheriff let my neighbors remove my fence cause they claim it is on their property. They used a plat picture from online to determine where the property lines are. I claim it’s my property. They claim it is theirs. Neither of us have a survey. They then threw the fence onto my property.
Is it legal or not legal for the sheriff to allow this?
