Very well could be, the no standing fiasco was them not claiming damages for the election fraud that they were pursuing. That is law 101, and one job of a judge is to explain the law to everyone in the courtroom, so they could have asked too. The question is, did they do this as part of a plan or did they knowingly detract? This is why not knowing the plan sucks for us, and I stated before: We have to do our job to the best of our ability with what we have, regardless of how others do theirs.
