Defendant illegally voted in Arizona and Nevada in the 2008 and 2010 election cycles.2.State v. Gina Canova– Maricopa County Superior Court (CR 2011-005543) – Plea agreement –Fined $13,800.00 ($7,500.00 + 84% surcharge); Ordered to complete 300 hours of community restitution; Placed on unsupervised probation for 2 years. Defendant illegally voted in Arizona and Nevada in the 2008 and 2010 election cycles.3.State v.
