it´s just a tool, it all depends on how we use it

…like a knife. you can kill someone with it, or save his/her life with it

the technology alone is not bad in itself, but yes, not alive although it might seems so, it doesn´r really know anything. All the info it puts out were put in it.

>such a language model to find an exit out of this fake everything rat maze

nope, that´s not gonna habben. it´s still programmed

..but there could be good uses that come out of this tech nevertheless.

Imagine going to court and all you need is your pocket AI.

No lawyers ever again!! Now that must sound all right, doesn´t it?

Let´s see what happens.

ps. if you have pdf files, use pdfgear(.com) (completely free, no sign-ins or anything)

I have f.ex. pdf books, hundreds of pages, load it into that pdfgear and get the info I´m after really quickly

but of course this can be used by bad people. It´s just like the knife.

pocket AI, as in you phone or something. Yes, that´s going to habben, it actually might be some prototypes out there.

I totally agree with you on lawyers (and estate agents)

>There shouldn't be a reason for lawyers to even exist.

AI can easily wipe out the whole class of lawyers. Gone. Forever. Replaced.

>Right now

let´s see what habbens

I don´t know the future, but the sound of wiping out all lawyers sounds terribly good.

..and I´m not sure I will ever trust a AI automatic car with my life.

it´s not going to replace everything, just an interesting tool

let´s see what habbens, we don´t know the future

>for example hospitals that are dispensing pills based on fucking shitty written software ("AI").

wouldn´t touch it

AI wouldn´t get me to trust doctors, or other people in general.

I get your point, there are many such issues.

Again, let´s see what happens. We´re just spitballing, we don´t know. We´re just seeing the early phase of this tech.

I use Brave browser, but I get your point.

I guess we´ll have bunch of test dummies for AI controlled cars and stuff. Count me out, and if people are stupid enought to trust AI with their lives and they turn up dead, well… that´s Darwin´s award nominations waiting to habben.
