THIS is not Seth Rich. It's an older Hasidic Jew dressed in the black and white, including the hat. Moustache, glasses, and beard, just like a Jew. I have no idea what the picture of the van means, you can't make it out much better than this. honestly anyone that thinks this is seth rich rolled a fattie tonight.
if you really look at it, you can see the ties from her halter hanging down. She's either strapless in a bustier type dress or top, or it's a halter dress or top. it's fitted…the line under her shoulders goes right across the back. Obviously can't make anyone out but KEK'd at the thought that the heavy black woman was Oprah!
Blowing it up and just kind of focusing using ninja vision (peripheral type) things became more clear so I started working one section at a time once the lines sharpened up for me.
