Plasmic Echo Digs

Plasma Wave Echo

ABSTRACT

It is shown that ’’’if a longitudinal wave is excited in a collision-free plasma and Landau damps away, and a second wave is excited and also damps away, then a third wave (i.e., the echo) will spontaneously appear in the plasma.’’’

Echo phenomena in plasmas

Abstract

Various types of echo oscillations in plasmas are discussed. Both unbounded plasmas (gaskinetic plasmas and plasmas in external fields) and bounded plasma systems are considered. Several practical ’’’applications of echo effects in radio wave propagation’’’ and plasma diagnostics are discussed.(…) ’’’A charged-particle beam in a non-equilibrium plasma can lead to an amplification (over time) or a growth (over space) of echo oscillations.’’’

(…) Research on echos in plasma slabs and metal films is reviewed. ’’’ Echo effects can lead to an anomalous transmission of electromagnetic waves through a plasma slab which is opaque (in the linear approximation) to the fields of these waves.’’’

’’’Anon Hypotheses:’’’Plasmic Echo is not just the FBI case name but an Intel community program that uses Plasmic Echo to read old radio transmissions that were bounced off the ionosphere (a plasma).

As given above in the nerd sauce: “information about the perturbation (a radio transmission?) is preserved in a plasma (in the form of non-decaying oscillations of the distribution function) even after the disappearance of the macroscopic field (a radio transmission?).”

Per Fox News article previously in notables:

“One of the documents is an FBI file that suggests the agency's investigation into Trump’s alleged mishandling of classified documents was dubbed "Plasmic Echo."

"This document contains information that isrestricted to case participants,(sounds like a program to anon, not an investigation)" the document reads. It adds, "PLASMIC ECHO; Mishandling Classified or National Defense Information, Unknown Subject; Sensitive Investigation Matter."

’’’Anon Query:’’’ Could Trump’s admin have been using Plasmic Echo techniques on the classified frequencies used by the hostile deep-state, and now the FBI and DOE are terrified of what information his people might have obtained, and that he retained in his own records? Even if the DS managed to control all the internals- if they used a known frequency that interacted with a plasma and you know the frequency to look for: I believe that means you can pull the information of those transmissions right out of the ionosphere.

Oh and I’m guessing the Plasma Echo reading operation would have required a Q clearance.

Any plasma or radio nerd anons willing to weigh in?
