I wasn't going to say anything about this incident but after reflecting upon it and thinking about probability and possibility, I've changed my mind. As I was shopping today, I noticed they type of person that you are not allowed to criticize lurking and shadowing where I went. Even when I packed food outside of the store to carry it back home, he was there waiting and eating snacks. As I approached the store towards an adjoining bank, I noticed that someone placed a freshly dead rat just to the side of my pathway where I would notice. Maybe they were thinking that I might kick it like the Israel that kicked a Palestinian flag that was booby trapped. If I called for service they will think that I did this should it turn out to be a trap. Maybe you should have the right people check it out. It could just be a veiled threat, as I usually have see dimes in my pathways, but the possibility that someone could be seriously injured or die, is worth having the right people check it out. Most likely nothing but I did get a sense that he was in a perfect position to film it from a safe distance and not be caught on camera.
