spend one-tenth that to have some local thugs put your vets into a body cast
then find a new vet, preferably a country/farm vet
throw away all the cat food that contains grains
cat's are obligate carnivores
they lack the enzymes to properly digest starches
feed the cat ONLY real meat
supplement with amino acid L-taurine
if accidental poisoning by drinking auto antifreeze is a possibility, get the cat drunk on alcohol and keep it drunk for 24hrs
