Googling that brings you to whoms.org / Navigating to Quadrennial has a curious phrase "Shot heard around the world" and talks about using a hash tag. Also mentions BLM. It possibly contains an activation phrase. There is a hidden link leading to Travel Noire. 2 of the cities are regular. 2 are in BOLD. We may be looking at BLM incidents in New York and Chicago very soon. HEADS UP!!
