As long as you take them within known dosage ranges. The only real danger would be the zinc. Your body likes to control metals in pretty tight ranges…

had to verify a few things before I told you what I would suggest…
-your cats kidneys are almost 100% failing because of a pathogen (likely bacterial) infection. When we get an infection, we use the blood system to move immune mediators to the point of attack. We also use the blood system to clean up the battlefield. As an infection turns chronic (and you would not even know this is happening) it REALLY thickens the blood. This blood has to be filtered by the kidneys and they get TIRED. When they get TIRED they start throwing off diabetic markers.
Your cat, just like you and I anon, needs ivermectin. I would also add fenbendazole. Go through a round of ivermectin and then a round of fenbendazole. This will GREATLY improve things. The only variable here is that your cat may have a bug that ivermectin or fenben won't kill.

(you), like you cat, run your ENDOCANNABINOID SYSTEM on dietary fats. We need a BALANCE of fats to run this system. The balance between O3 and O6 the most misbalanced now and the most CRITCIAL.
Anti-inflammatories and everything your cat needs to fight an infection come from OMEGA 3 fats.
wife anon is suggesting raw tuna and raw salmon which would be great sources of omega 3.

ACV is an excellent antibiotic and rivals garlic and oregano on humans. Garlic and oregano are harmful to cats so those are out. ACV is SAFE FOR CATS so that would be a really good place to start.
