I love watching the neighbors come out to groom their .026 acres of yards.
Riding lawn mowers. Pull wagon spreaders. Weed eaters. Edge trimmers. Vacuums. Blowers. Usually takes about 4 to 5 hours.
They should just hire a mex that can do it in 10 minutes with a push mower and a broom.
