Envoy Air 3339 just did a go around at DFW and looks like it gummed up the works a bit. Envoy Air 3302 got put in a holding pattern. Maybe something on the runway?

Looks like a couple of airport trucks just drove the length of the runway. Maybe they saw a deer?

American Airlines 570 just took off from that runway. Fog advisory in the area. So the other two flights diverted to Abilene. Kind of weird how just that one runway was affected though. Maybe the fog or maybe some animal on the runway that felt more secure to be out there because of the cover provided by the fog?

It was fog. The flight from Midland diverted to Abilene, then just flew all the way back to Midland. The flight from Lubbock actually landed in Abilene. It was kind of weird watching the rest of the airport continue as normal. Would have thought they would just land those flights on a different runway. Apparently the line of scheduled flights coming in was just too tight to squeeze them in.

>stupid book story

The book was written, or at least edited for publishing, after she got into politics, right? It would be a stupid politician that could not see the blowback coming on this. Don't think she that dumb. Mebbe, but don't think so. Which means it must have been included on purpose. As an allegory.
