I made this image last night. I adjusted one of the stripes on Q's to help match it.
I made a line for every hair that I saw matched on both. I encourage you to enhance that portion of it and do the same if you want to see it for yourself.
What are the chances that every detail lines up perfectly (portions of the flag lining up at the same points in the face, same facial expression, same lighting (light shining through window behind) at the same angle, same exact line through his left eyebrow (see red line in right side images - this one is a big giveaway imo), hairs matching up perfectly, etc.) with a stock photo taken in January? And especially how could you manage to take the exact same photo as a reflection? You couldn't replicate something like that even if you were trying to.
First image has better details but the second I got the colors (color temperature, etc.) to match better.
