It really is just time to get this over with. Washington Gun Law President, William Kirk, discusses yet another case coming out of Illinois, this time Harrel v. Raoul, where the plaintiffs here have made some very convincing arguments as to why the Supreme Court should accept review on this matter. Although some believe that since this case is not final, the chances of it being accepted is somewhat diminished. But considering how blatant the State of Illinois and the 7th Circuit has been, perhaps the Court needs to accept it out of sheer principle. Learn more today and arm yourself with education.
